In the last post I said that you should check out the bio-feedback system I used to overcome my ADD instead of a Class 4 narcotic like Ritalin.

In the beginning of this series I talked about my friend’s 49 year old daughter who is manic depressive and bi-polar. She lives in an apartment below her Mom and can’t hold a job. Most of the time she spends sleeping in a dark room.

As I mentioned the Macon County psych services have her on a cocktail of psychotropic drugs. She has told me that marijuana would probably do the same thing but of course North Carolina has not legalized it.

Fortunately I learned from my osteopath physician friend David Epstein about the Walsh Research Institute who have researched how to replace these psychotropic drugs with NATURAL remedies!
