I just did a search in Wikipedia for methylation and it was way beyond my understanding; however, I did see that STRESS could be a factor.

I encourage EVERYONE to attend the NO COST webinar being held by Walsh Research Institute as it seems this research in methylation imbalance could be effecting a lot of people with STRESS disorders like depression and bi-polarity. Alzheimer’s and autism were also mentioned.
