Yes the title of this post is CORRECT! It is the title of the most recent book I have read by a genius in the field of ORGANIZING and MANAGING, Gareth Morgan who has coined the word IMAGINIZATION.

Gareth has developed techniques for exploring challenges faced by companies in ORGANIZING and MANAGING. They are AWESOME. You can read all about them in his book available in my RESOURCES area.

He uses VISUAL METAPHORS such as the lowly termite, boiling water, spider plants, iceberg, octopus, ameba, etc. More importantly he gets the people to use their OWN METAPHORS to describe their current situation.
