As promised here is what I found that retired FBI profiler JOE NAVARRO said in his excellent book DANGEROUS PERSONALITIES about PREDATORS in general.
CHARMING – Delle is not the person, who is easily moved by these type of people. She was the CFO and trouble shooter for their construction company. Instead Delle is more moved by the sad story Jim told her after connecting with her on that dating app.
Like Delle, who lost her husband Bob, Jim lost his wife in a tragic vehicle accident when he was driving. I will say as a former Post Newsweek TV Group investigative reporter, I am still suspicious about this accident that killed her and barely injured him. Of course I have never seen the accident report so I don’t know the full circumstances.
Delle actually helped Jim get the money from his wife's insurance policy after Jim found out she knew how to do it. I'm sure that might have helped him with his BANKRUPTCY problems.
ARTICULATE – Now this would have definitely impressed Delle! Even though Jim was a good ole southern boy from DeKalb County Georgia he would have had to be ARTICULATE. Delle, raised in south Georgia as a southern belle was highly ARTICULATE!
She had to be to be both the CFO and trouble shooter. Her husband Bob actually hated dealing with clients as Delle told me numerous times. When there was any type of dispute with a client Delle was the one, who handled it.
