So the last time I told about THE BOB PROMISE and unfortunately I had to start to fulfill it after he passed away from melanoma on the brain.
First, I helped Delle prepare their lovely Lake Lanier Georgia mansion for sale. Fortunately she never had to use a real estate agent as one viewer told his friends about it. They bought it.
Delle moved into a beautiful three bedroom condo in Cummings, Georgia. I visited her numerous times for three years keeping her company. Nothing beyond FRIENDSHIP.
As she is a Catholic, she thought that the Church encourages a widow to marry especially another Catholic after three years. Yes, they encourage it but don't require it.
She then found on a Catholic DATING app another widower and they hit it off. Jim was a 70+ senior traveling salesman.
Everything looked perfect until as a former Post Newsweek TV Group consumer investigative reporter I began to see RED FLAGS and one in particular.
I have the ability to do BACKGROUND CHECKS and I ran one on him.
BANKRUPTCY!
Remember Delle was a VERY WEALTHY WIDOW in the range of $10,000,000+! I'm pretty sure he knew that and it's possibly because her high profile daughter wrote a best selling book detailing her entire life and even about her family's wealth. He could easily had read the book and knew that Delle was Catholic and what her last name was!
So I thought it would be wise to share what I found out about Jim.
