Today I begin to discuss what my friend /mentor Pat Williams, General Manager of the NBA Orlando Magic, says must be done for our nation’s most precious ASSETT – OUR CHILDREN!

Pat knows kids as he has 18 of them – four with his lovely wife, Jill, and 14 adopted just like yours truly!

So here is what Pat says in his book Go for The Magic (see Resources) today about CREATIVITY killers in regards to our kids. One word – TEACHERS!

These MAJOR influencers of our kids can either encourage them to GROW their CREATIVITY or KILL it!

If TEACHERS are PASSIONATE and PROUD of being TEACHERS then it will grow. If they see it as a JOB, then they are there to punch the time clock just like other EMPLOYEES in America.

I think the last figure I read said that over 90% of EMPLOYEES HATE their jobs! Over 90%!

Thank God there are DEDICATED TEACHERS that are NOT CREATIVITY KILLERS!
