Today I want to talk about 2 VERY important aspects of building a SUCCESSFUL MEGA business as my mentor Donald Trump has taught me: PATIENCE and TIMING!

Now most of you probably think of The Donald as IMPULSIVE with NO patience! Actually he is just the opposite!

Many of his biggest deals have taken YEARS to develop to where they are today. Same with my 23 YEAR quest to build a PHYSICAL Southern Music Hall of Fame & Museum. We are still NOT in a building yet but hopefully that is on the horizon in Asheville NC!

Donald likes to play tennis and so do I. Here is what he had to say using tennis as a metaphor: “I wait until the ball is in my court before I swing, which gives me the best chance of making my point.”

So GRUNTS remember: TIMING IS EVERYTHING and learn PATIENCE!
