Now you should have a MISSION STATEMENT. Next you want to work on a BUSINESS PLAN. It does not matter if you are a one man band you MUST have a BUSINESS PLAN!

Personally I like to create an EXECUTIVE SUMMARY and then expand it to a full fledge BUSINESS PLAN. Others recommend the reverse procedure. Who cares as long as you get it DONE!

Google “BUSINESS PLAN” and “EXECUTIVE SUMMARY” to see more info. Yes there are apps and software available to make this easier.

Do NOT hire someone to write one for you! This is YOUR mission, GRUNT!
