Do you have handy repair skills and maintenance abilities?

Soon you are going to see people walking away from paying mortgages like they did on 2008. Banks are going to be stuck with homes in subdivisions. With the extreme cold weather for 2023 these homes are going to have to be continually maintained!

Get yourself bonded if you are not already. Go to a bank and offer your repair and maintenance services in exchange for living RENT FREE in one of the homes.
