Yep, I realized after researching yesterday that getting a 40 foot Sea Ray® was way to much boat for this land lubber!
I found that the SWEET SPOT for Sea Rays® is 34 feet.
This allows me to get a NEWER USED one with more updated equipment for piloting the boat.
The living/dining area is plenty for this single guy! Even the galley with only two burners is enough because that's all I use currently in my apartment. I will take out the microwave that comes with Sea Rays® and put in a Black & Decker® bake/toast/air fry unit as I haven't used a microwave in years!
Yes, the fridge/freezer combo is the same size we had in our college dorms; however it will easily store what I need to.
The head has a full size toilet and sink that has a faucet unit that extends into a handheld shower unit.
I will not be sleeping in the large queen size bed as I will roll out my 4 inch thick futon with my cervical neck pillow on the seating area in the rear of the boat.
Plenty of storage room for my items that will be coming in two TSA approved trunks and one suitcase.
My new permanent home is a tropical paradise so I will be in tees and shorts!
