5 Meals Per Day

So why 5 meals per day instead of 3? Research at prestigious universities like Duke have found that we actually have a THIRD brain! Guess where it is? Yep, in your STOMACH! So this brain is the one that can change you PHYSICALLY and give you MORE energy leading to the release of ENDORPHINS! COOL! So what they taught us at ISSA was that this brain which controls your METABOLISM knows when to burn up the calories. Most people's over weight problems are caused by a malfunctioning metabolism system. This stomach brain gets confused if we do not feed it in a CONSISTENT way with those FIVE meals per day the size of both your fists. When it figures out that you are CONSISTENTLY fueling the metabolic system it will then begin to CONSISTENTLY burn off those calories to produce HIGH energy! This DISCIPLINE of eating like I have described for 6 DAYS of the week will then allow you to eat ANYTHING you want as often as you want for the 7th day and not upset the system! I have in the past visited one of those all-you-can-eat buffets like Golden Corral where they have yummie deserts and eaten EVERY desert in the place for my meal! Now I would suggest that you not do this in the beginning of your new XtremeJoy Fitness program as we are going to call it from now on.
